Business registration identifies the enterprise. HTTPS protects the connection. Neither is an independent rating of service quality, an accreditation or employer endorsement.

What your exam fee covers

The assessment fee is for the stated TALNORO assessment and its applicable reviewed outcome. It is not a payment to an employer for a vacancy, a job offer or a guarantee of selection. A TALNORO evaluation interview is not an employer interview.

Skill exams have no interview. Their valid completed assessments receive a performance report and completion certificate after the required validation and document approval.

Training and optional Diamond career support are separate paid services. Get the written scope, exact fee, responsibilities and cancellation terms before agreeing. You can ask for clarification without enrolling.

How review responsibilities are separated

1. Scoring: MCQ answers and coding tests determine the recorded marks. Hidden coding cases earn proportional credit.
2. Assessment validation: an assigned evaluator reviews the submission and relevant integrity evidence. A security flag alone is not a final misconduct decision.
3. Document release: the applicable approval and actual signer artwork are required before eligible documents are issued.
4. Diamond review: classification is a separate evidence review; it is not bought through a career-support payment.
5. Employer decisions: employers make their own hiring decisions. Candidate consent and publication review govern profile visibility and introductions.

The public site currently identifies the founder and review roles, but does not present verified reviewer biographies or external accreditation. If a reviewer’s relevant experience matters to your purchase, ask our team before proceeding.

What is not established by the website

TALNORO is an early-stage service. The fictional profiles and example reports demonstrate the interface; they are not customer testimonials, placement evidence or proof of recruiter adoption.

We do not claim a verified placement rate, guaranteed employer recognition or an independently audited hiring track record. Public outcomes and testimonials should be added only when genuine records and the people’s permission support them.

Our original question banks include assisted authoring and internal checks. Their difficulty labels are estimates, not independently calibrated benchmark scores. They are not official TCS NQT or vendor certification examinations.
