There is one shared timer and no negative marking. Each coding case receives proportional credit from eight equally weighted hidden tests. Sample cases let you check basic behaviour; hidden tests determine the coding score.

Use Python, Java, C, C++ or JavaScript. These are general programming scenarios, including for tracks whose subject MCQs cover SQL or another vendor tool. Native SQL, C#, Kotlin, Apex or ABAP execution is not included.

Your latest saved code is evaluated by the server at submission or expiry. Save your work and check the readiness requirements before beginning.

Results need review

  1. Complete the readiness and consent checks on a laptop or desktop.
  2. Answer independently. Camera/microphone recordings and security events support review under the privacy notice.
  3. An evaluator validates the assessment; flags require evidence review.
  4. Eligible documents are approved and released to your account. Confirmed violations may lead to disqualification with a recorded reason.

Role/student interview eligibility starts at a validated score of 75%. This is a TALNORO evaluation interview, not a promised employer interview. Skill outcomes use the bands Average (below 50%), Good (50%–75%) and Excellent (above 75%).

TALNORO certificates record the stated assessment outcome; they are not university degrees, government licences or vendor certifications. These original assessments are not affiliated with TCS or its NQT.

Diamond is a separate review

Silver, Gold and Diamond are TALNORO classifications. Diamond is based on a separate review of relevant evidence, not an automatic score band or a paid upgrade. Profile publication requires consent and review.

Optional training and career support may help with preparation and authorised applications. Employers make their own hiring decisions; no employment or salary outcome is guaranteed.
